About Hackathon 3.0

The IMD Hackathon 3.0 is an “invention marathon” where students come together to develop a product over the course of a one day. You will work in teams of up to 5 students on one big challenge. In just 12 hours, your team will go from an idea to a prototype (MVP). To encourage you to think further than just one weekend, you will also pitch a small business plan.

Once your great idea has finished you can start the next part, the pitch! Your team will go to a small audience and the jury where you will present your project. If you can convince us in such a way that your idea is the best, you will have the opportunity to present your product again.

But with a little catch. This time you present for whole IMD and all jury members and who knows, maybe you will walk away with one of the fantastic prizes.

Do you have what it takes?

Big Announcement:

We can already release the grand prize for the first place... 😁.

You are battling for a drone!

Standerd Schedule

08:00 - 08:30

Arrival! Expect a warm welcome!

Make sure to get in early, as we provide coffee cakes for everyone to get the morning off to a good start.

With a fresh coffee cake in your hand we start with the explanation about the hackathon. We will explain what is new, but also what you can expect from the hackathon team. So you will notice that we have added a lot of new things to this event, which makes your experience even more fun.

If everyone is a bit more awake after a cup of coffee (or water 😉) we will present the well awaited subject. After this, nobody will stop you from starting immediately on your idea. Good luck in advance!

Ps: No show == no koffiekoeken for you, hé! 😉
